Pressed Flower Greeting Cards Workshop

Sunday, July 2, 2023, 1:30 p.m.-3:30 p.m. 

Extension Master Gardener Rose Fairman will teach how to collect and press flowers, ferns, and leaves from herb plants and trees. She will provide and display samples of cards and flowers that she has grown and processed over the summer. All attendees will be able to see what flowers are easy to press and learn what types of grasses and weeds can also be used. Everyone will be able to create a card or a small picture to create and take home. The class will be held in Belle Grove's Beverley B. Shoemaker Welcome Center (barn).
