Belle Grove Closed to Public and Update on 2020 Events at Belle Grove
Belle Grove Plantation will delay opening for the 2020 season until Friday, April 24. This is in response to the Governor of Virginia's Executive Order 53 that states "Closure of all public access to recreational and entertainment businesses, effective 11:59 p.m., Tuesday, March 24, 2020 until 11:59 p.m., Thursday, April 23, 2020 as set forth below:
* Theaters, performing arts centers, concert venues, museums, and other indoor entertainment centers;…”
Given the ongoing situation with COVID-19, we may need to further delay opening to the public. The safety of our guests and personnel is of upmost importance. Please check www.bellegrove.org for any updates before planning your visit.
We are currently reviewing all events that will take place this spring and early summer and will post infomation as soon as it is available. Including for:
May 9: 25th Annual “Of Ale and History” Beer Festival. This event has been canceled and we are currently reaching out to sponsors, vendors, and musicians. For questions, please email us.
June 6: Northern Shenandoah Valley Master Gardener Association's Garden Fest. This event has been canceled, read more here.
August 29: Wine Fest, 11am-6pm
September 12-13: Farm to Fork Fondo Bike Event. This event has been canceled for 2020 but will be held at Belle Grove in 2021, read more here.
October 6-11: U.S. Border Collie Handlers Association's National Sheepdog Finals. Read more here.
