Belle Grove to Limit Manor House Tours Due to High Heat

Since the Belle Grove Manor House does not have air conditioning and heat indexes of 103-106 are forecasted later this week, we only will be offering abbreviated guided house tours at 10:15 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. on Wednesday, July 1, Thursday, July 2, and Friday, July 3. Admission will be at the reduced rate of $5 for those 12 and older. 

Belle Grove will NOT offer Manor House tours after noon July 1-3. The Beverley B. Shoemaker Welcome Center, which includes the Museum Shop and some exhibits, has air conditioning and will be open 10 a.m.-4 p.m. all week. 

Belle Grove is closed on Saturday, July 4 for Independence Day.
