  • Spring Spinach Salad: Spinach tossed with citrus & black garlic olive oil emulsion, thinly sliced apples, lightly roasted carrot spears, sweet radish, crunch cashew & craisin brittle, sunflower sprouts
  • Pesto Dreamwich: Zesty cilantro pumpkin seed pesto, avocado, tomato, shaved turnip and radish microgreens on a fluffy sourdough brioche bun
