  • Spring Kale Salad: Massaged kale with citrus & black garlic, apples, roasted carrots spears, shaved Irish cheese, maple pecans
  • Pesto Dreamwich: Zesty cilantro pumpkin seed pesto, avocado, tomato, shaved turnip and radish microgreens on a fluffy sourdough brioche bun
